We reply by email, usually within a few hours between 04:00 and 23:00 New Zealand time. We confirm flights, addresses and pickup times with you in writing before anything is booked.

Secure payment

We take payment in the vehicle by credit card, debit card, EFTPOS, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments carry a 3.5 percent surcharge. We invoice partner hotels, travel agencies and corporate accounts per trip or monthly.

All our prices include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Please tell us the ages of any children so we fit the correct restraints.
Tell us about any mobility needs and we will tell you plainly what we can do. A folding wheelchair or walking frame travels with you. We cannot carry a passenger who remains seated in a wheelchair.
