How the transfer works
Your chauffeur tracks your inbound flight and is waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board when you land. Luggage is loaded while you settle into the vehicle, and the drive follows the coast past Haumoana and Te Awanga before turning inland through the Cape Kidnappers gates. All times are confirmed in New Zealand time the evening before travel.

Extra luggage or golf clubs travel in a boot box or covered trailer (small trailer 4 club sets, large trailer 12 club sets and 6 cases). Journeys commencing before 6:00am or after 10:00pm New Zealand time carry a surcharge of $40 NZD per hour or part hour. Payment is by credit card in the vehicle (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by invoice to your hotel account where arranged.
